Reservations
The reservation can be made on-line from the booking tab on our website, contacting us directly by phone or whatsApp at +34 669685116 or by email to: info@llardebeniarda.es
The reservation will be effective upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, by bank transfer or credit card. Once the payment is made, the reservation will be fully confirmed.
Check-in and check-out
Arrival: From 16:00 / Departure: Before 12:00
These schedules can be flexible as long as the circumstances allow it, please consult us about your specific case and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Admission
Once in the house, you must fill in the traveler’s part with the data requested by the Guardia Civil, for all persons over 16 years old, according to art. 1 of Decree 1513/1959 of August 18, for this, each traveler must present his ID card.
Payment Pending
At the moment of the delivery of the keys, the remaining balance of the reservation will be paid if it has not been done previously.
Conditions of cancellation of reservation
The client has the right to cancel his reservation at any time. However, the property reserves the right to retain the following percentage of the reservation deposit:
– Cancellation made more than 21 days prior to arrival date: 100% refund of the deposit.
– Cancellation made between 14 and 21 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
– Cancellation made less than 14 days before the arrival date: no refund of the deposit.
In any case, in the rural house Llar de Beniardà we always consider the circumstances that may have caused a cancellation and we try to understand and not to harm our customers.
Renting the whole house – Deposit
The security deposit is a deposit that serves as a guarantee to cover possible damages caused by the guests for an improper use of the house. This deposit will be returned to the client once everything has been checked that everything is correct. The deposit can be paid in cash at the entrance of the group, signing a receipt to prove it, or it can be deposited in an account. The amount deposited by the client will be returned by the same means that has been entered, once checked the condition of the house at the departure of the guests.
House rules
Casa Rural Llar de Beniardà is a house to rest and enjoy the environment and nature, it is a quiet house in a quiet village, surrounded by mountains and orchards. We ask our guests to be respectful with the house and the neighborhood, not to make excessive noise and not to organize any night event that may disturb the peace of the place.
After 24:00h silence is requested.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, if you wish to do so, you can smoke outside (patio or terraces).
At your departure, the house must be left clean, as it is delivered to the guests. There is the option to pay the final cleaning service for an additional cost of 60 € in total if you do not wish to do the cleaning yourself.
