Bookings
Reservations can be made online via the “Reservations” tab on our website, by contacting us directly via phone or WhatsApp at +34 669685116, or by email at info@llardebeniarda.es.
A reservation becomes effective upon payment of a deposit toward the total cost of the stay, via bank transfer or Bizum. Once the deposit is paid, the reservation is fully confirmed.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 16:00 / Check-out: Before 12:00
These times may be flexible depending on circumstances; please consult us regarding your specific situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Registration
Upon arrival at the house, guests must complete the mandatory traveler registration form with the details required by the Ministry of the Interior for all people over the age of 14, as regulated by Royal Decree 933/2021 (valid since December 2, 2024). To do this, each traveler must present their national ID card (DNI).
Remaining payment
The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid upon Check-In, unless it has already been settled.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the property reserves the right to retain the following percentage of the pre-payment:
- Cancellation made more than 21 days prior to the check-in date: 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation made between 14 and 21 days prior to the check-in date: 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation made less than 14 days prior: No refund of the reservation deposit.
House Rules
Casa Rural Llar de Beniardà is a place for rest and for enjoying the surroundings and nature; it is a peaceful house in a quiet village, surrounded by mountains. We ask our guests to be respectful of the house and the neighborhood, to avoid excessive noise, and not to host any late-night events that might disturb the peace of the area.
We kindly ask for silence after midnight.
Smoking is not allow inside the house, nor the terraces or in the patio. If you wish to smoke, you may do so outside the building.
